Weight loss with Anxiety/OCD

Hi so this is basically a support and advice thread for anxiety and losing weight I am trying to calm down from anxiety attack. The good news is I feel a little better.

    I find MFP in itself kind of placates my OCD, in that it gives me an outlet for planning, organising and analysing data. I have started a journal to keep track of my fitness, health and general life goals, something that I previously did online but I find drawing out the daily sheets really therapeutic, similar to the adult colouring books that have become popular in recent years.

    Well I like drawing, maybe I'll draw. Thanks! But my OCD isn't really the organizing kind, I mean it is kind of but it's mostly obsessive compulsive thoughts and intrusive thoughts. It has improved though, it's not as bad as it used to be. B)
