Any MFP Premium users on 5:2? Can you set a 500 goal?
I'm thinking of giving 5:2 a go (I just ordered the Mosley book, I'm looking forward to reading it). I see that MFP premium users can set a custom calorie goal by day, which I think would be handy for fast days. My question is, does the app allow you to set a low calorie day of 500? Or does it force you to set it to 1200?…

Has anyone tried using Hungryroot on the 5:2 plan? I just signed up today to try their Starter Pack. It's one of those boxed meal subscriptions. All their items are vegan and gluten free, and most are under 300 calories per serving. I'm thinking this should work well with 5:2. Anyone tried that...or any of the pre-planned…

Day 2
My fast days are Monday and Thursday, yesterday I had 491calories and today on my fast day I've had 991calories. I'm trying to stick to around 1000 calories on non fast days during the week and have a bit more over the weekends. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this and lost a bit more weight?
