What do you eat on your fasting day?
Hello, I am starting the 5:2 diet after giving it up nearly 2 years ago. Today is my first fast day and I was just wondering what other people eat on their days? I am thinking to have a small omelette for lunch and vegetable stir fry for tea.

New 5:2 Guidelines-Thoughts???
Hi everyone! Didn't know if you saw the news, but Michael Mosley has relaxed the calorie guideline on FD's. He said that calories could be increased by 200 with similar results as his old guidelines. That's 700 cals for women and 800 for men. Anyone see this? Thoughts? Concerns?
