Gosh I have been looking high and low for a low carb forum here at MFP. I did a search by "atkins" and it brought me here. How do I get back? it doesnt show on the regular board list. goal settings
Is there a way to set your carb goals to 20 carbs? I could only get it to 5% (15) carbs or 10% (33) carbs. There was no place to write it in, just a drop down menu with % choices. Am I doing something wrong?
