Hi, when i want to eat Rice or Noodles, how do i the weigh out? Let's say i want to eat 100 g Rice, should i weigh out before i cooked the rice or after i cooked the rice? Because uncooked it is i think 350 kcal and after cooking it drops to 150 kcal? Same goes for Noodles. Regards
