Wondering how do you track a specific amount of food? Say 10 ounce Italian sausage. It just says 1 link how do you know how much is in a link. This is the most frustrating part of this app

what the heck? I can't edit database entries anymore! Searched for a specific type of sauerkraut, which was in the database a few times but always without fiber. Wanted to add fiber. Was only allowed to click that the info is correct or not correct but not add data!

Why do so many foods having wrong nutritional value posted?
Sorry this is more of a complaint. Don't people read labels when they add foods to MFP? The amount of completely wrong nutritional values baffle and annoy me. But on the good news side lost 5 lbs so far :)

Reaching protein goal
I am to consume 143 gr of protein daily on a -2000 calorie budget. I’m eating eggs, yogurt, chicken breast, and beans. But I’m lucky if I make it to 120 gr, which is rare. Any suggestions?

Font too small/unable to add food to diary
