Cauliflower Buffalo Wings
Cauliflower buffalo wings.. Use a head of cauliflower but cut the them in pieces trying to leave stems in tact. Dip in almond milk then bread crumbs and place on baking sheet. Cook for 15 min at 400. Then take out dip in your favorite buffalo sauce or hot sauce. I used a few then bake for another 15 min and done.

Hi there, I have a problem with binge eating, mostly at around 10pm-3am. But I'm trying to break the cycle as I have been gaining and gaining. But I get so hungry! It's probably because my stomach has stretched at this point, but do you guys have any tips to feel full at night so not binge? Thanks so much in advance!!
