If you go to a healthfood store like Holland & Barratt you can buy probiotic capsules - they might be your best bet rather than having yogurts etc

I've had IBS for years. Started with 30 g soluble fibers in water in July. No more IBS:D
Trial and error with dosage...till you find what works for you.
- Fibers also great to slow down sugar spikes.
- Allegedly it transport surplus fat with it, so great for weight loss
- Keeps me feel fuller, so smaller portions.
TMI WARNING!
Read somewhere that if your nr 2 sinks it might be silent inflammation.
Could be you have an additional allergy too.

3-4 teas a day
Some people get "gassy/bloated" from tea.....
Otherwise, load up on fiber (veggies/fiber bread/Kashi cereal), and keep hydrated.
If that doesn't do it, see your physician and ask to be referred to a gastro specialist.0
