Medifast and food sensitivities

Hi all! I have been on Medifast for about a month and a half now and I am getting bored of the food. I am both gluten and lactose intolerant so the amount of food I can eat safely is very limited on Medifast. Any one have any experience with Medifast and food allergies? The diet has been working for me, so I am trying to stick with it but I'm eating the same five or six things a week and I only really like the taste of two of them.

Why not learn how to eat to lose and eat a more varied diet? I've never heard good things about Medifast... at least not "post-diet."

Yea, I've heard bad post-medifast stories as well, but I signed up for Medifast because I tried and failed repeatedly to learn to eat right. I'm happy with it overall, just trying to deal with the allergies.
