Recently, I have picked up some weight. 10 lbs if you want to be exact. I slacked of my routine of losing weight so eating more became a habit. I want to lose 20 lbs in 2 months. I'm 5'2" and 132 lbs. I have access to a gym and I'm mainly focusing on my legs. Can you help?!?!?

So you want to lose 2.5 lb a week. that is a lot. Especially since you are not a big person (not much weight to lose based on your height). Also you cannot spot reduce your legs. I would recommend not setting yourself such a goal as it is unlikely to work and may result in yo yo if you go on some super restrictive diet. I recommend trying to lose 0.5 - 1 lb a week using a moderate calorie deficit.0

20 pounds in two months is extremely unhealthy, especially at your size. Aim for .5-1 pound a week instead.0

This!^
Losing weight fast increases the amount of lean muscle you lose. If you want fat loss...slow it down.
I take you are pear shaped (mainly leg focus)....spot reduction is a myth.0 -
Welcome to MFP! If you haven't come across them yet, I like to recommend starting with these links:

The posters above me are right. It is a large goal to aim for. You might want to reevaluate your goal and try for something a little more sustainable. One thing I've always liked about the MFP slow-and-steady way of dieting is that I think it really teaches people the strong habits they need to maintain the weight loss once they reach their goal and transition to maintenance.0 -
Other than cutting off a limb or doing something else extremely unhealthy it is just not practical to even consider losing that much in such a short time at your current weight.0
