I gained 12lbs binging on all the junk I used to eat0

I don't consider this a diet. Rather, I try to eat in healthier ways while still working in less healthy foods that I love within my macros and calorie deficit.
That being said, it was my graduation so I ate quite a lot more than I normally would. I'm not too concerned though. It's important to have a balance between weight loss/getting in shape and going out and having fun.0 -
I intended to and ended up below my calorie goal anyway. Maybe tomorrow.0
