Past behaviors still present? The enticing nature of such a food? Because you wanted to?
As long as you do not go overboard, enjoy them!

Well just eat one a day and make it fit into your goals, or eat the whole box and work your butt off for the rest of the week. If you do the latter, maybe just buy a single donut next time

I split the difference and ate three. Damn, donuts are my Kryptonite.

I ate four donut holes and a pastrami sandwich today. It's an IIFYM kinda day :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: Personally I'd try to get other people to eat most of them, the longer I'm around junk food the less I can control myself, lol.

You can freeze them if you are scared to eat them all at once. Otherwise you can share with me.

I did this exact thing last night....A dozen Krispy Kreme donuts - 4 original, 4 Karamel Glazed and one of each of the 4 new halloween ones.
    - I ate 4 (The halloween ones, we usually only get original but I wanted to try them. DAMN YOU KRISPY KREME NEWSLETTER.) I'm hoping that my boyfriend who has an incredibly fast metabolism will eat the rest before I get home from work, I'm the kind of person that struggles with motivation, self discipline and control, I cant allow myself to buy anything more than a 1 serving treat because I WILL eat it all.
And just to confirm; no it wasn't meant to be a cheat day, I had one of those like 3 days ago!! I also had Indian for dinner as well. I'm meant to be carb cycling and it was a low carb day. SIGHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
There will be 30 mins of cardio done every day this week (as well as my 5 nightly weights workout)

  • I could never eat just one.. knowing this about myself now.. If I want a donut, I have 1 .. but I only buy 1 so I can only eat 1.

Put them in the sink and run water over them and then throw them in the trash and then take the trash out. Unless of course, you want to wear them on your @zz.

Now that is a waste of good food.

Truth. Why ruin them sadistically and throw them away? Eat, share them, freeze them, hand them out to homeless people, bring them to a neighbor for a spontaneous visit. So many other fun choices.

It's ok, I kinda did the same thing. I was given a huge Costco apple pie and had 2 pieces! I have no idea what made me do it. I feel awful about it too. I guess sometimes you go with what feels good or what you want over what you know the consequences will be afterward lol.
