Hit the gym and start heavy weight lifting. Get The New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women, read it, and do the program.

For a rounder booty, I definitely suggest hip thrusts and squats. Heavy. HIIT Is great, and I adore Fitnessblender for that. Their weight programs are a decent starting point, but I'd highly recommend find a basic program revolving around the big lifts. Or, if your really worried about your booty, check out Bret Contreras. His strong Curves program is great.0
