I'm in the lose 20 by Xmas group that started back in August. With a bit of luck, I might make that by the end of October. I might be able to do another 10 by Xmas which would be super good.0

I will let you into a secret. No it isnt. The companies trying to sell you their over-priced products tell you this and they love you for it. You dont have to buy into it.
When New Year comes round, no-one thinks of Easter being just round the corner now do they?0 -
I want to get down about 15lb or so. Preferably beyond that, but I'd like to be at a clean 260 for the new year.0

I don't care about the weight, but I'd like to drop a couple inches from my muffin top0

Well, my goal this year was 200. I'm 205 right now. So I'll be conservative and say I want to be at 194 by Christmas. That'll be 100 pounds lost overall.0

15-20lbs would be super! Our 10 year anniversary is on Jan 10th! I'd really love to be under 180 by then! I want to buy myself a present, which is really a present for my husband...if you know what I mean. I have to wait and see how much smaller I get before then though.0

Minimum 10, probably 15 and considering wehther i want to go for 20, which means much more exercise. Think I will end up somewhere between 15-20.0

I've gained 7 pounds over the 4 months since I started a new job (sitting all day) and would love to lose that. However, I am fairly short and those are really "vanity" pounds so they probably won't all come off in 2 months. I would be delighted if that happened though. Right now I'm more focused on developing healthy habits and staying consistent in them. That's my biggest downfall. Stopping and starting.0

Unless I go into labor early, none. I'm actually looking to gain about 10 lbs.0
