Water weight. Women have it even worse, I'm typically 2-3 pounds heavier the two weeks before my cycle too... then I lose 4+ pounds in a week (well, less now that I'm pretty much at maintenance).

Muscle! It weighs more than fat! That's why measuring is important! :)
    No

OP you have 3 days logged so where have you been logging? You need to weigh and measure your food for accurate logging.

if you are working out so much make sure you are eating clean and feeding your body! The more you work out the more you need to replenish! So don't starve yourself or don't go crazy with high processed foods. Just try to find a balance of clean foods you can have and high protein for your muscles!

    I looked at your diary.

Your entries indicate you are not weighing food but using measuring cups.

I get the impression you do not log all foods and drinks.

If you are gaining weight or maintaining when you want to lose, you are eating too much.

She's not starving herself. Chances are her logging is inaccurate. :)

A pound of muscle weighs as much as a pound of fat. Muscle just takes up less space.

I know I was just stating that she shouldn't go to either extremes and find a balance. I've learnt the hard way by doing that so I was just speaking from personal experience.
