What is the most paleo-friendly meal I can order at a Mexican restaurant?

    Thanks in advance.

The inside of a chile verde burrito with lots of salsa and cheese. maybe even an avocado. sour cream is good too. and always water
NO TORTILLA AND NO RICE AND NO BEANS without those three your good, btw tortilla chips are bad.. stick only to water

because we all know caveman loved some sour cream ….

I've decided I need mexican food tomorrow night after my first 5k run in months. I will not be worrying about if it's paleo.

I will also be assuming that after a two month break I will *of course* require a HUGE cheese stuffed refeed because of the extremely taxing nature of said 5k run.... >:)

I'll bet they would have loved those things had the opportunity presented itself.

Invoke the 80/20 rule or make a new modification for the Paleo diet.

    And the white knighting.

    And rapid flagging.

    And dog piles
    You know it.

ETA: oh lookie, another DING on my account.

This is gonna be a hoot.

Wasn't me. I only flag people on Tuesdays.

You can see how many times you've been flagged?

Yep, if your post is flag, you can see it on the flag mark under your pic. It's gonna be interesting.

Very interesting. I don't see any flags under my posts yet.

    I'll have to try harder

You really need to, I've been flagged for commenting on the amazing number of flags on one thread.

WHY CAN'T YOU BE MORE SUPPORTIVE?

are we not all here for the same things?

Restaurant is not going to have teosinte on the menu!

As someone said earlier, arbitrary restrictions are arbitrary. Paleolithic people were not eating any one diet, but none of them were eating anything that resembled modern American Paleo.
