best approach

Hello I'm 23 yes old 5'10 248lbs and about 25%bf and I'm looking to get shredded right now I'm doing a 3 lift 3 cardio day pattern with one day off. Should I reduce cardio or maybe increase cardio days. Tips advice?

    I would make that either a 4 day lift 2 day cardio or 5 day lift one day cardio split. Weight lifting is best for weight loss but cardio can be good in moderation to boost metabolism

    Getting your deficit right is more important.

    There's no such thing as a "best" approach. All have flaws, all have strengths.

    IMO, with your goals and your current stats, I'd lift 4 days per week, 1 day of HIIT, and really focus on nailing your cals/nutrition.
