When do you find it the hardest to stick to your nutrition plan?

For me it all falls apart in the evening. A combination of hunger and stress it's so hard to defeat.

    I save some calories for a night time snack. I get hungry in the evening

    Whenever I'm bored, not matter what time of day or night it is. I hadn't realised until now how much of a 'boredom' rather than hungry eater I am
