Milk agar jelly. Sometimes with normal milk and sometimes its almond breeze or rice milk. It makes smoothies much smoother. It also helps make them more filling.

I've been doing 2 cups spinach, about 5 strawberries (frozen or not, whatever), 1 orange, a little slice of ginger root, small handful of ice, and 1/4 - 1/3 c. nonfat plain greek yogurt.
It is an ugly brown color but it sure is tasty! Actually looking to put in more greens or some flax/chia seed because it is pretty darn sweet.0 -
Fresh pressed apple, ginger, pear juice, a little water
Frozen blueberries, cherries, strawberries
Half a pack frozen acaii
Tablespoon raw cacao powder
Teaspoon powdered amla (mad high in Vit C! )
Vegan vanilla protein powder
Tablespoon flax seed
Handful of kale or spinach
Half banana if you like it smoother
You don't need milks or yoghurts with this..it is plenty smooth and tasty and extremely healthy and nutritions...cna get me through 1.5 hours of advanced ballet class no problem and still only has about 230 Cals.0
