For your height/weight, try to gain .25 to .5 lb a week. Bulk for another couple months. Get your lean mass up where you want it.. Then cut at the same rate you gained. It'll just take a little longer since you're starting with a little extra fat.0

I am certainly not an expert when it comes to assessing body composition, but unless you are extremely pear-shaped, I don't think you appear to be nearly 27% body fat, as your upper body appears quite lean.0
