Why? To reduce is already-too-low calorie consumption? Because the type of food he eats will not change his weight loss. Only how much he eats will affect weight loss. Macros help for specific compositional goals, but otherwise it's all about calories.0 -

How about not responding if you have nothing to offer. OP you did not gain 3 pounds of muscle in a week.
