    You are eating more than you think you are. Otherwise, you'd be losing weight.

    Weigh your food and log everything you put in your mouth. If you use MFP or internet sources for calorie burns and eat those calories back, keep in mind they are WAY overestimated. Eat only about 75% or so back.
