One big mac from McDonald's contains less calories then 1 sub from Subway

please define "healthy" …all food is just energy that should be eaten as such ….0

Less calories does not equate to healthier??
Subway it's all about what you put on it. I never have dressings and just pile on veggies and my sub (6' roast beef or club on wheat) is always less than 400 calories.
I would rather choose a higher calorie option which I knew would have far better macros and keep me full.
Plus there is an obvious size difference with the big mac and a subway..0
