I tried raspberry ketones, hated the side effect, stuck them in the bin.. hate to say it, but i havent found a 'cheat' pill yet... If you are in calorie deficit the weight will come off sooner or later. stick at it. good luck0

I can't with MFP sometimes.
Well, my GI did give me this stuff once that cleaned me out REAAAAAAL good. Granted it was also pretty viscous and tasted like salty lemon Pledge. I couldn't finish it. He also put a scope up my backside and cut a precancerous polyp out ... so really it's not a colon cleanse I recommend to much of anyone.
Maybe you weren't supposed to drink it?

I was wondering if anyone had any experience of these - that they would like to share? Ive read awful stories of the side effects, but want to know really - am i putting my health at risk?
Thanks.
All you have to do is control your calories to where you are eating at a deficit and you will lose weight.
Also, your colon does not need to be cleansed, as it already does that on its own.0 -

Im doing enough exercise and my diet is (generally) good - but thank you everyone for your advice and comments.
