that is your problem right there in bold…
you do not need to eat "clean" to lose weight. Just eat less of the foods that you already eat. And you need to learn that there are no "bad" foods and thinking that eating bad foods should lead to skipping dinner is a one way trip to an unhealthy relationship with the food..
eat the foods you want, maintain a deficit, and move around more = weight loss….0
