    It's not Rey Sol, but...

I've gotten some pretty damn amazing single bean varietals from these guys, and this should be accessible for you.

Aha! I know these as they have a shop in my local shopping mall and I have in the past raided their Easter sales. I have so far, found their milk chocolate really sweet though. I am guessing you tried their darker stuff. I did try their, I think it was 100% dark and could not take it, haha.

I have maybe 3-400gr of their stuff ranging from 90% to 100%. I never tried their milk but it smelled pretty sweet. There's a ghanaian single bean they had that makes an excellent cup of chocolate coffee. It's a 95%, and I melt it into some milk, then dilute with water, like a cup of coffee with cream. Quite good.

Total chocoholic here. I buy extra high quality, organic, extra dark and ration it out. I have some Everyday! Right now I am enjoying some Cherries and Almonds in Dark Chocolate from the local natural grocery.

hmm, I will have a look at that when I am in town tomorrow. I have not been in there for awhile as I get seriously tempted by their seasonal stuff.

I don't live near one anymore, so when my stocks are out, they're gone baby gone... but damn it's good while it lasts. lol.

If they have an ecuadorian stuff, check it out. It's consistently been some of the best stuff I've been finding since about 2011, something in the soil.

I just made a new discovery: Spencer Cocoa, an Australian bean-to-bar chocolate company that uses cocoa grown in Vanuatu. Their 72% dark chocolate is a smoky slice of chocolate heaven.
