I'm a stationary biker. I actually don't know how to ride a bike! But I love the bike machine - it's my favorite way to exercise.

My goal is 100 miles for the month of November.

    11/3 - 6 miles.

Feel free to add me - looking for friends on here!

I only ride on the weekends and it seems like I have a lot going on the next 3 weekends where I will only be able to ride one day. :( I run during the week and do strength training also, but I can't fit the bike in during the week especially now that it is getting dark so early. So my goal will have to be smaller this month -- 120 miles.

    Nov 1 - 24 miles
    Nov 2 - 20 miles

I'm in. I'll aim for 60 miles again this month. I have less time to ride so I'll have to pick up the pace to make it.

Monday we did a quick 4ish mile ride (I'll check my phone for specifics later) and today we did 5 miles. Oh and "we" is myself (carrying our 2 year old), my husband and our 6 year old. We bike as a family most of the time. Means less milage for the hubby and I, but good family time and hopefully the girls are building life long habits of fitness and being active.

Can't ride till next weekend. :(

We had to stop for about 20 minutes because the police closed down the road and bike trail because there was a coyote that had apparently tried to attack two bikers! We waited and waited and then heard a gun shot. A few minutes later they said we could go by. We'd never been on this trail or area before so had no idea how to get around because it was all highways except for the trail.

I became a bike enthusiast about two years ago. I have a mountain and a road bike. My road bike is more a spring/summer thing and I can average about 100 miles a week during those times. My mountain bike is more of a fall/winter thing (I love those trails when it's cold!) but sadly, my boyfriend wrecked it and the front tire wobbles pretty badly. I just found the most amazing mountain bike trail (Complete with some advanced trails that have some awesome jumps) but won't be able to make it with my bike in this condition. :(

Because of my bikes sad condition we got a gym membership yesterday. I'll be able to do some stationary biking (First time ever) so I don't lose these legs to steel and can take on the PURGATORY next spring (I say spring because I'm not going to do it with all the people, I'm soloing this bad boy). :D
