I'd also like to be able to occasionally express certain beliefs and opinions without "Are you a libtard?" being a response. Ugh.
That's what people say to those who have thoughtful, beliefs they've come to on their OWN, usually based from logic and facts instead of sensationalism and emotion. Many can't handle this, and feel "attacked" personally, so we must be "libitards".

I get "so when are you guys getting married?" and "when are you going to have another kid?" so often it makes me want to puke. Me and my husband (yes, I call him my husband, even though we're not legally married) have been together for 10 years in January...and no...we don't have any plans to make is "official". We can't afford a good wedding and we don't want to have one until we can afford to do it right, which probably won't be until I'm a nurse (2ish years from now). We love each other and we plan on spending the rest of our life together, so GET OFF OUR FREAKIN CASE!
As for the whole kid thing. I already put college on hold until my son was old enough to go to school too. (Yea, I could have gone to school when he was little, but I wanted to enjoy those years with him as much as I could.) Now I'm finally in college trying to get in a nursing program for next fall and everybody thinks I should pop out another baby because apparently my son will spontaneously combust without a sibling. Sorry, but I'd rather be able to provide for the child I do have before I think about adding any more.0 -
I work in retail so I would have to say one of the most tiring questions is anything weight, diet, or fitness related.0
