I exercise at home in my jeans. Or pajamas, but when I do the things I do at the gym or outside I wear sweatpants because I do more than lift and I think sweat pants are better for anything other than just lifting.0

I've worn jean shorts on bike rides but other than that, no. Seems pretty uncomfortable.0

Err why put yourself through that? If you're going for a light walk yeah sure, but if you're burning up a sweat at the gym jeans would be the LAST thing I'd want on my body.
And the chafing...0
