    This week my snacks each day are a hard boiled egg, 1/4 cup of nuts (this week it's cashews), 1/4 cup of dried banana chips, and an apple with 1 serving of peanut butter. I have a snack about every 2 hours, outside of meals.

    Bananas dipped in Chobani coconut yogurt... sliced apple drizzled with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon... sliced cucumber splashed with balsamic vinegar (tastes like pickles without all the sodium).

    Oikos greek yoghurt - it's a shame they don't make full fat
    Babybel gouda cheeses
    Daryland 4% cottage cheese w/ fruit on the side.
    Snap peas, cherry tomatoes and cucumber

    Smoked almonds 15g is about 97 kcal. Doesn't sound like much but gives a nice fuller feeling. Plus they have a slight bacon-y taste.
