    Today I am working hard at staying on the moment. I have some difficult days ahead. I want to deal with them as they come instead of agonizing for the days before they arrive.

    345 - no internet last night so my post didn't go through.

    My youngest moved to Florida approximately a year ago. I sent him three boxes if items he wanted when he was here fir a visit in June, but couldn't take on the plane. Done procrastinating. It was difficult.
