    Add nutritional yeast to them for a scrambled-whole-egg-like effect. Makes them yellow, gives them some flavor.

    I dip raw fish, chicken or veggies in it before dipping said foods in breading, herbs and parmesan cheese and pan-frying or baking.

    I use them to bulk up my protein without a ton of extra calories. I generally use 5 egg whites with one whole egg and just do a scramble with some mushrooms or something...whatever is handy. Top it with some salsa or hot sauce.
