    Most of this is walking, but there are some run days as well. I did walk the first couple of days of the month as well, but I didn't have the fitbit.

    Back for another month - Got a busy month of "other stuff" planned, so I've lowered my goal for this month . . .

    June 1st: 3.25 miles - Running (*Rock The Bay 5k*)
    June 1st: 3 miles (*Walking Around / Misc. Stuff*)
    June 6th: 9.0 miles (*Cycling - MTB*)
    June 10th: 15 miles (*Spin*)
    June 12th: 1.25 miles (*Swimming*)
    June 14th: 15 miles (*Spin*)
    June 15th: 13 miles (*Cycling - MTB*)
    June 15th: 1 mile (*Hills*)
    June 16th: 2 miles (*Walking Around / Misc. Stuff*)
    June 17th: 14 miles (*Cycling - MTB*)

    Total (so far): 76.5 miles

    *Goal for June: 120 miles

    Not sure where I got to last time...
    June 8th - almost half mara on South Downs - 11.1miles
    June 9th - horrible hill training with some ultra runners - 8.5
    June 10th Guildford H3 - 5.5 flat!
    Nothing all week :(
    June 16th - 40 miles - my longest run ever! 2/3 of Trailwalker. Phew.

    Total in June so far: 100.8miles.
    Target: 200miles.

    6/2 - swam 1400 yards = 0.8 miles & walked 0.5 miles
    6/4 - walked 2.2 & ran 0.5 = 2.7 miles total
    6/5 - walked 1.7 miles
    6/8 - biked 8.7 miles, walked 1.2 miles, ran 0.6 miles = 10.5 miles total
    6/9 - swam 2000 yards = 1.1 miles
    6/12 - biked 7 miles
    6/13 - swam 1500 yards = .9 miles
