I am the one who actually cooks the entire Thanksgiving feast. I have to taste test of course and don't have time for breakfast really. I might eat something super light. I have never worked out for the holiday, but this year I do plan on working out the night before and in the morning after I put the turkey in the oven.

I also think that the only truly high calorie items are the desserts, mac n cheese and alcohol. I mean unless people are using a ish ton of butter. I make a turkey sausage and cornbread stuffing that I stuff the turkey with that is amazing. I could eat that by itself on my entire plate. Its my fave dish. I like to get a little of everything though.

Also since I'm a huge Black Friday shopper, I rather not eat til I am sick. I plan on going out after dinner and rather not be uncomfortable :)

I have 2 families to visit both inlaws so its 2 meals that day for me and it starts at noon-ish so having breakfast would actually be disaster for me since our first meal is a sorta brunch type deal. I thought about working out before hand but its an hour drive and without any food i may be doing more damage trying then just not trying and egh..did i mention the first family we go to has wine and booze lots and lots with plenty of appetizers so….by the time food arrives LOL and by the time we get to our second home LOL oh my I def. do have to decide either i just indulge or choose one glass of vino with one dessert and one dessert at the second place hoy-yoy-yoy LOL idk guys-its all good though lol

Same as you. Lighter breakfast and lunch. I want to kill it at dinner. I also wear what I call thanksgiving pants. anything with elastic. or a dress.

Stuffing is my favorite - close second are the mashed potatoes!

I like to get a little of everything too. My MIL loves cooking with bacon grease so I am already in a lot of trouble lol
