It's cool! I learned about a lot of stuff from here. Things like that "you can't gain muscle on a calorie deficit", you will see people post a lot and you can pretty much take their word for it. Other things I see I try to research for myself. There are smart people on here, and there are also not smart people on here. It's fun to learn though!0 -
What were the goals you set for 5 days out? Although you might lose more weight because you are just starting out, you might only lose a pound or two a week with a calorie deficit.0

Less reading, more doing! Don't over think this.. it really isn't complicated. Get moving more than you do on a typical day! Mix it up, jog, walk, lift some weights, use your body weight.. there are endless activities!0
