Replacing poor food choices with clean whole food choices

But like sometimes I can only fit a half a sandwich into my calorie goals. So is your position that if I eat the whole sandwich it will help me loose weight? Because I would love to be able to loose weight by eating whole foods, and not half foods.

I ate almost entirely whole, unprocessed, "clean" foods during the entirety of 2012 (while on a paleo thing). Gained 20+ pounds...

...because I was intentionally eating at a calorie surplus by tracking my intake on MFP.

Not if the calories are higher, no they will not.

Eating a diet with a good amount of whole foods, including volume veggies and a reasonable amount of protein and fats while also being able to have treats (unless trigger foods) will probably (emphasis) help in allowing longer term adherence due to flexibility, well-being and satiety and therefore lead to greater fat loss in the end, especially if combined with some resistance training.

Yep, sent 1 to each of 3 fat girls who I'd have thought would be a little more supportive than they were.

    Oh. Troll. Boring.

ETA: So lucky I caught that before the edit! There ya go, ladies. You're not *really* fat girls. Just heavy-set Americans. All better, right?!

    Oh em gee.

Hey, OP...wanna send me one too? Gonna call me fat?

Edited effed up quotes...MFP, y u on crack?

Yeah, it was for the first post. Apparently it's snobbish to end someone's thread for them, or something.
