    At 6'0...the highest two yrs ago was 332 lbs (Shocked and in disbelief)..lost 60, gained 30..before MFP lost 10...when I started MFP in July 2014 weighed 300 lbs...now 270 and counting......

    210 at 5' 8". Down to 177 and trying to see 160 by middle of next year, I hope. Ideal weight would be my college freshman weight of 155 but doubt I ever reach that again. I'll be ecstatic when I reach 160 and able to stay at that weight.
