Does anyone have an idea that would help with that dreaded "muffin top". That is the hardest thing for me to work on.

Eat at a moderate calorie deficit and be patient because weight comes off your body in its own time.

Short term solution: wear a larger pant size.

I eat the muffin top along with the rest of the muffin. No discrimination here.

Wear dresses? Or looser pants? Seriously though, the only way to get rid of it is to lose weight. You can't "spot reduce". Eat at a deficit, exercise more.

Workout your core, eat at a reasonable deficit...or like the other poster said, wear larger pant size :)

It's been said already: eat at a caloric deficit and wear a larger pant size. Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce fat, it'll come off wherever it wants. Good luck!

Pretty much. Although the higher your body fat %, the greater the chance you'll have muffin top even if the clothing fits a lot better.
