Does anyone have an idea that would help with that dreaded "muffin top". That is the hardest thing for me to work on.

Eat at a moderate calorie deficit and be patient because weight comes off your body in its own time.

Wear dresses? Or looser pants? Seriously though, the only way to get rid of it is to lose weight. You can't "spot reduce". Eat at a deficit, exercise more.0

Workout your core, eat at a reasonable deficit...or like the other poster said, wear larger pant size0

It's been said already: eat at a caloric deficit and wear a larger pant size. Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce fat, it'll come off wherever it wants. Good luck!0
