simple misunderstanding people , just felt some of the first comments actually were replies to me as well , so I replied .
However , on the subject of the cleanse I agree with most people here , I wouldn't recommend it !!!0 -

are those the winning lottery numbers after what you ate? Or are you writing in binary code?0 -
She copied from her food diary here, so they are the macros for each food.0
-

There is no logical way one could think the early posts were replies to you. Honestly, nothing you've posted here has a thing to do with this thread and the OP's desire to do a cleanse.0 -
^She also posted her food diary on Youtube, Fox News, CNN, and the President's Twitter page.0

this is my idea of a great 3-day cleanse....

This sounds really miserable. You know, you don't have to be miserable and stuff to lose weight, right?
Just thinking about what you've outlined makes me feel sad.0 -

My first reaction to this thread was to eat a Fiber One peppermint brownie and be very grateful that the whopping 90 calorie prepackaged processed food was not going to send me into some kind of shame spiral. I'm still looking to fill 400 more calories with snacks today even after I eat dinner.
Perhaps I should have some juice. If I cleanse the brownie by bathing it in juice while it's in my stomach, that makes it clean, too, right?

You have to rinse the brownie in a liquor bath to properly cleanse it. Duh.

But I'm at work. I'll have to wait til I get home, and the brownie will already be digested. *sigh* But that would have been a spectacular use of those 400 calories.
Guess my brownie will remain dirty. At least it had lots of fiber.

Why is it that people who want to do these baseless cleanses always want people to join them? Is it for validation? Because misery loves company?
Why do I never see threads that say "I'm going to eat at a reasonable deficit and avoid cravings and misery by including a moderate amount of higher calorie foods I love, who wants to join me?"??0 -
OP looking for cleanse buddies, yet has not been back. Hmmm.0

So many of us are already doing that, the random trolls are just trying to pull us out of the group.0 -
