I think people are missing the point, it's not about living on fruit juice only but about a shock treatment for unhealthy people who are going to die early if they don't change their lifestyles dramatically.

The juice fast is a fast track way to being healthy and detoxing the body from all the rubbish people eat to become obese.

    But hey whatever !

What if someone eats a calorie surplus of steamed chicken breast and broccoli to become obese? Quite a conundrum, eh?

I would like to see someone try. Lol

I'd also like to see someone try and name the specific toxins, but we all know that never happens around here. We bypass that and make a mean people post, never to be seen again :)

We actually ingest lots of toxins, but to be fair our liver, kidneys and lunges do a pretty good job keeping them in check. lol

It's about an obese man who adopts a temporary nutritionally devoid diet and then tells everybody about it. Very uplifting.

I didn't care for it, it was basically a documentary encouraging a juice fast. I've never been a fan of fasting, I prefer to just have a normal calorie reduction. It's good that it helped a few of those people jump start a healthier lifestyle but it wasn't a long term solution for them.

That's true, but just look on the positive, If you can pay good money for a product to do it, just think how much longer your liver, kidneys and lunges will last not having to deal with that *kitten*!
