Is it alright to be over on your fat macros

If it comes from healthy fats? Like nuts, avocado, olive oil, seeds ect? I just find it hard to reach my protein goals without going over on fat for some reason.

I'm about 20g above my fat tonight. No, it doesn't matter. As long as you are within your calories, that's all that matters. If you track macros or track a specific macro, then try to meet those goals (I only track protein carefully). Otherwise, doesn't make a difference.0

I always over! Usually hit 70-110g a day0

I go over all the time, still losing weight. I make sure my carbs don't go over, and allow the protien a few grams of wiggle room but the fat I don't stress on too much.0
