So Day 18 was good, until I ordered a pizza out of temptation.
Day 19 wasn't good too.
And day 20 has not been improving.

It's Day 21. I'm trying my best.
Lesson that I've learnt here is once you form a habit and disciplined routine, don't let it go so easy.0 -
im determined to not gain and to exersize all through Christmas, so far so good. I haven't lost much though, I have one stone to loose0

Day 22. So far so good.
Healthy protein-rich breakfast. And a papaya smoothie for mid morning meal.0 -
I am so much in!!! I have no idea what happened or why, but I know for sure that this time around I'll make it because I'm strong. My maintenance grew into sth else. Well, now I know that in order to maintain I have to set weight loss goals, otherwise I will end up faaat.0

Day 22 was okay. I am within calorie limits, but workout is still not happening. Need to make better choices too.0
