Another Month - Another Challenge!

Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

It's easy to join - Just post here to begin!

You will need a step counter to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

    I will seek out my pedometer tonight and join in. Doing the RACE FOR LIFE (walking it) on June 16th. This will help me greatly

    I always have to go to my profile and search through my previous posts to find the thread. If there is an easier way I'm all ears :ohwell:

    It will be listed under "My Topics" when you go into the message boards :wink:

    I usually find this page by going to the Community tab, Message Boards and My Topics. Since I post most days here its always near the top of my list.

    I'm in with you.

    I have been regularly monitoring my step each day (I use the walk with me for DS)

    My average is around 7,662 a day yesterday it was 16,505,
    today at 1822 (6.22pm) my total is 5,024 but I am carrying for a bit longer yet I will
    come back on finalise

    My May average is just over 13,000. I am hoping to do more biking so I think I will set my goal for 12,500 for June.

    Vivky, Bunnygreen and dtntti6 - You are all def ready for this month!

    I count the actual time I spend exercising - logging a 20 minute walk rather the the steps.

    I'd like to try again this month! I had a goal of 430 000 steps last month and fell pretty short (399 655). So this months goal is to surpass May at the very least and to hopefully hit 430 000. My days can range from 2800 steps to 35 000 steps - I have to focus on increasing those lower step days.

    ok I hit 10,000 and it is only 4:30 in the afternoon so there will be more today:)
