Just being consistent with exercise and macros has been the key for me.

You are an inspiration to me! I am excited to get to 180lbs. I havent been there in almost 20 years!

First was from around early 2013 I think. I honestly I am not entirely sure exactly what I weighed at the time. when i first signed up for MFP in 2012 i weighed in at 304. I got serious about my fitness on Feb 2014 and it's almost been a year for me, I have lost about 89 lbs so far. I'm 5'7".

January 2014-December 2014 I have lost 46 lbs since I started MFP. I have a long way to go but happy with the changes I have seen this far. At my highest weight I was 305 lbs, currently at 247.

I posted on here back in December of my work in progress....still going strong. I'm up to 66lbs lost! I still find myself complete shocked by what I am doing and so proud of myself changing for the better. I can definitely see progress from where I started, where I was in December to now.z0oycxaopp80.jpg
