    I weigh in every other week, or three weeks per month (I skip the week before my period because personally I will get discouraged by the water weight gain).
    I measure only about every two months.

    I agree with @sarahrbraun - do what works for you. Don't let the scale or tape measure control your healthy habits.

    I check my weight almost daily but officially weigh in and take my measurements to record on Saturdays. It helps me to see any kind of progress to keep going - especially during the holidays!! Any little bit is motivation!

    Every two weeks, but I'm on a training plan. I will probably measure less here pretty soon.

    I'm with sarahrbraun, I gained weight one week but still lost inches.
