    Never ask:
"So what did you cut out of your diet?"
    The Answer:
    "Nothing!"

Don't cut out carbs because you think they make you fat. Your brain needs 120 g a day to function properly! Know your nutritional facts.

That isn't true btw. I ingest less than 20g net carbs a day. I've been doing this for 6 MONTHS. I assure you that my brain is fully functional. As a matter of fact I'm more sharp than I had been for a long time. And that's all that needs to be said about that.

    Food Club Rules:
    Don't talk about carbs. Period.

    Don't ask what's in it.

If you feel the need to ask the question, you probably don't really want to know the answer...

Don't ask why you aren't losing weight when you barely keep a food diary and don't measure any of your servings.

Damn I was gonna say this one but here's another

Don't ask or state that 1 pound of fat is =, not=, weighs more or less than a pound of muscle

They both weigh the same! both 1 pound!

Don't quote articles about scientific articles, read and quote the actual research that hasn't been repackaged to fit next to the "101 ways to turn your husband into a catatonic caveman" article by the same person who edits the "Dear Ms. Smarmy" and "Who's Wearing What" columns.
