I would love to do crossfit. I did a couple of intro classes at some different boxes...one of them sucked, but I'd totally go to one of the others. For me, it came down to either cross-fit or traditional gym. I ultimately went with the traditional gym as I was able to get a membership for my entire family (including pool for kiddos...daycare, etc) for the same price as crossfit. Also, more flexible...the crossfit I was looking at, I pretty much was going to have to lock into a specific class that met at a specified time, all of the time...not really realistic for me and my schedule. It's fun though, and I do incorporate a lot of that stuff into my workouts on my own. It is nice to have people there pushing you though.0

Tonight is class 5 of the 6-class on-ramp for me. So far, so good. Will definitely be signing up for the regular classes.
