What are your top 3 love/hate exercises?

Options
Love/hate as in love the affects that you get from them but hate to do them.

Here are mine in no particular order

1. Bulgarian split squats with pauses. (I do this is an decending rep order 6,5,4,3,2,1. After 6 reps, hover just above the ground with rear knee for 6 seconds, 5 reps, 5 second pause etc)
2. pause at knee deadlifts (I do these sumo and pause just under knee for .5-1 second and then lockout. Grip strength is a challenge as well as staying tight for longer time under tension. Similar time to a full on grinder deadlift but with much less weight)
3. hill sprints (lungs gasping for air, calves, glutes and hammies burning but I love them for their efficiency of cardio exercise done in short time period.)

Ok go

    Heavy squats
And most any HIIT exercise done for conditioning. Except sprints. I've grown up sprinting so that is normal to me.

I also hate any type of overhead pressing.

    1. OHP.
    2. Any shoulder work... my shoulders are weak as hell, and I mean WEEEEAAAAKKKK.
    3. Hammer curls. Had reconstructive surgery on elbows and this is irritates them to hell.

Giffen shrugs. So hard to keep them a shrug and not a row.
Strict OHP. Give me push press or push jerks and I'm happy.
Rack pulls. I hate the fact it's weaker then my dead

    Good topic! :)

    1. Front Squats: It's awkward
    2. Power Snatch / Clean: I love the exercise but old injuries of mine don't, so I tend to stay away from them unfortunately.
    3. Burpees: What's to like about doing 100+ straight reps of these?

Love, love, love Russian twists, pec flys, heavy squats and donkey kicks. Love to hate elbow planks (on 1:50 this week) cuz they're crazy hard but have really changed my body. Hate push ups cuz they make me feel like a weakling.

I will say upper body is my favorite day while I dread core day due to planks lol. Oh and deadlifts bore me to tears but knowing I'll feel it the next day is the only thing that keeps me doing them.

    I'm just going to say:
Bulgarian split squats. That's it. It's the only exercise that will almost make me leave the gym.

    1) Back Squatting - My favourite lift actually, but since effing up my QL I can just about manage my warm up sets and that's the way it's going to have to be on the road back to squatville.

    2) See 1

    3) See 2
