    1) Hamstring roll-outs > Hate: pain/hurt > Love: knowing it's hitting target muscles > ouch
    2) Weighted burpees > Hate: air gasping / energy draining > Love: Heart Rate push. Smoking the kcal burn
    3) Push-ups > Hate: not being fully there yet > Love: being amazed at how better I'm getting from the time before

    in for the lunges...

    which I'm shocked I don't see.
    That's usually EVERYONE's most hated.

    I hate cardio.

I hate cardio... pretty much that's about it- everything else I'm okay with.

Also- hanging leg raises- I'm not a fan- I do them- but yeah- I really dislike them.

Pistol squats, romanian jump squats and L-sits. I love the idea of them, but hate doing them.

    Squats
Deadlifts - I actually want to hate **** deadlifts until they die and become reborn as the one true way, and entrance to Heaven.

I'm really surprised people hate deads. I absolutely love them.... especially sumo block pulls.

I thought this was love hate, not just hate.

    If we're talking just hate?

    Kipping bicep curls
Anything on the smith except for calf raises
Crunches while getting punched in the stomach when at full crunch.

    1) walking barbell lunges
    2) GHRs
    3) suicides

Pull-ups get an honorable mention. On good days, they are my favorite lift. On bad days, profanity ensues.

1 - Any and all of the barbell complexes my coach puts me through
2 - lunge catch snatches (catching out of the pull in a lunge position like you were doing a jerk)
3 - Most plyometric exercises...because tired by the time we get around to these.

    LOVE
    (1) DL: Because lift heavy.
    (2) Bench: Because lift heavy
    (3) Squats: Because lift heavy
(Bonus) Standing rear delt flys/spider curls: the pump.

    *No particular order

    HATE:
(1)Lat Pulldowns: Too easy to cheat, get out of form and wreck something and limited by pre-installed weight
    (2) Upright rows: Dumb exercise and will ruin your elbows
    (3) Shrugs: ineffective
